Educational Program Objective (EPO)	Performance Indicator (PI)
EP01- Graduates, having the basic competencies in the field of midwifery, apply the medical treatment and care approaches necessary for the protection, development and maintenance of women`s, newborn and community health in the professional fields where midwifery services are provided.	PI1.1 - Within four (4) years, 60% of the graduates are employed as midwives or academicians in areas where midwifery practices are carried out or in health protection and promotion areas.
EPO2- Graduates protect ethical principles and professional values and standards such as privacy and self-esteem of healthy/patient individuals, family and society.	PI2.1 - 60% of the graduates observe professional values and ethical principles in midwifery practices.
EPO3- Graduates follow scientific, technological and evidence-based practices for professional development by adopting lifelong learning.	PI3.1 - 5% of the graduates participate in any of the professional and individual development programs such as certificates, courses, congresses and seminars in the field of midwifery and health within four (4) years. PI3.2 - 5% of the graduates follow scientific publications in the field of midwifery and health. PI3.3- 5% of the graduates participate in activities such as research, projects, etc. PI3.4- 5% of the graduates continue graduate education programs within four (4) years.
EPO4- Graduates have the ability to work in cooperation with other health personnel and take part effectively in the health care team.	BG4.1 - 60% of graduates use interpersonal communication skills effectively. BG4.2 - The satisfaction rate of team members working with our graduates is above 60%. BG4.3 - 10% of graduates conduct research, projects, etc. in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams.
